With more than twenty years of business experience from Information Technology to Sales & Marketing, Phil has a valuable and extensive understanding of the needs of modern businesses of all sizes spanning a wide range of business sectors.

Having primarily worked in front line sales environments, Phil has gained real-life experience and understands the realities of day to day business. Phil has also worked within varied technical and IT sectors enabling him to recognise and utilise business system tools, such as the Internet.

Over the past decade Phil has focused in the Advertising and Marketing sector, spending two years as Office & IT Manager for Europe’s largest sports sponsorship agency, The Sponsorship Group, responsible for all administration and commercial management.

This focus and interest in the advertising business sector led to a senior management role with a software development company, where his natural Sales and Marketing skills could be used to promote their Agency Management Job Costing and Accounting Systems to a wide UK audience and Project Managing many sites from initial start-up through to live implementation.

This role involved direct interaction with both senior management as well as general personnel resulting in a broad understanding for the running of a business from the boardroom to the engine-room.

Purple Leaf was founded in July 2000 to enable Phil to leverage the experience and skills gained over many years to provide a friendly and professional service to his own Clients.
